Spanning a government-backed 210-hectare investment zone, B-KQ will create over 22, 765 new jobs, deliver 580,000 sq. m of cutting-edge commercial, residential, and life science space, and contribute £3 billion+ in annual GVA, solidifying Birmingham’s position as a global leader in life sciences, technology, and sustainability.
