Woodbourne Group has been shortlisted for two prestigious Midlands Props Awards

Woodbourne Group has been shortlisted for two categories at the upcoming 2023 Midlands Props Awards. Curzon Wharf has been shortlisted for the Regeneration Project of the Year award, while our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles has earned it a nomination in the ESG category.

The Midlands Props Awards, set to take place at Birmingham’s Grand Hotel in April, are highly esteemed in the regional real-estate and development industry and aim to recognise pioneering leaders.

The awards celebrate exceptional performance in the Midlands property industry and will be attended by industry professionals and leaders from across the region. Woodbourne Group’s nomination is a testament to our game-changing contributions to the market.

Curzon Wharf is a landmark development that aims to revitalise an underused and neglected part of Birmingham’s city centre. The project involves the conversion of a former industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use development comprising of residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

Woodbourne Group’s nomination for the Regeneration Project of the Year award recognises the company’s innovative approach to urban regeneration. Our commitment to sustainability is also evident in the project’s design, which incorporates green spaces, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainable transport options.

The company’s nomination in the ESG category acknowledges our broader commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices. Woodbourne Group has established itself as a leader in this area, and it has implemented a range of initiatives to promote environmental protection, social responsibility, and good governance.

We have also set ambitious targets for reducing our carbon footprint, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering ethical business practices.

Tani Dulay, CEO of Woodbourne Group, said “The company’s approach to urban regeneration and sustainable development aims to set a new standard for the property industry,  Curzon Wharf  is a shining example of what can be achieved with vision, innovation, and commitment.”

The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday, 27 April 2023 at Birmingham’s Grand Hotel and will be presented by former England Rugby Captain Kyran Bracken MBE.

We are looking forward to celebrating with our peers in the industry.
