Woodbourne Group at Midlands Props Awards 2023
Woodbourne Group was shortlisted for two categories at the Midlands Props Awards 2023.
Curzon Wharf was shortlisted for the Regeneration Project of the Year award, while our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles earned it a nomination in the ESG category.
The Midlands Props Awards 2023, took place at Birmingham’s Grand Hotel in April. The awards are highly esteemed in the regional real-estate and development industry and aim to recognise pioneering leaders.

The visionary Curzon Wharf is a landmark development that aims to revitalise an underused and neglected part of Birmingham’s city centre. The project involves the conversion of a former industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use development in Birmingham Knowledge Quarter, comprising of residential, commercial, retail, and life sciences spaces through Birmingham BioCity.
Woodbourne Group’s nomination for the Regeneration Project of the Year award recognised the company’s innovative approach to urban regeneration.
